This video depicts two sisters who are travelling together and being independent. Throughout the video the older generation are constantly judging these two sisters who are travelling on their own. This could appeal tot he target audience as it has this sense of family, but also acceptance. These two topics are usually associated with a higher class than lower class because they tend to involve more thought and different perceptions of the meanings of the videos. A lower class is usually interested in the visuals of music videos, whilst A and B groups tend to have to think about the actual meanings of the videos.
This David Guetta music video is based on a metaphor that suggests that women are empowered and cannot be taken down by men. This is shown through the use of the woman being portrayed as a wolf and the male hunters trying to kill her. The wolf then fights back against the men and succeeds, then to change back into a woman. This metaphor is suited to an A and B demographic as it is a topic that many lower class people consider a slightly taboo topic. The use of the metaphor also reinforces how upper class people like the music videos they watch to have a meaning hidden in them that they can find, where as lower class individuals may be more concerned with visuals of the music video.
This Major Lazer music video portrays an Indian culture that the singer herself does not seem to be a part of. They have used this culture to appeal to an A and B demographic as these classes tend to be more open to other cultures, where as the lower classes tend to be happy seeing what they know and are use to in videos such as these. However, you could say that this video does appeal to a lower class as the traditional dancing that the singer is doing has been made overly provocative. The idea of male gaze comes into play here, and this is usually present most in lower class aimed music videos.
